Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges 15 days after the day you received your order. We don’t offer refunds on our e-book purchases once the item has been downloaded. We will not exchange a digital item for a physical item, or vice versa. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please email support@jaedbooks.com with the reason for your return or exchange, the name on your account, and your order number if you have it. We will send you further instructions on where to ship the item for inspection.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to process.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days from the approval of your return, please email us at support@jaedbooks.com.

Sale items
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price, not the item original price.
Privacy & Safety
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact forms
When you submit a ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Ask the Author’ form, we save the data you submitted in the form. Though we use the questions in our ‘Ask the Author’ blog posts, we won’t share your information unless you specifically state you would like to be mentioned in the blog post at the time of submission.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name and email address in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Who we share your data with
We only share your address with our shipping company to complete your order. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment or submit a contact form, the related data will be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue, and so we can reply to your contact form and keep track of frequently asked questions to approve our site.
We also store the personal information you provide for orders. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time under My Account. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, left comments, or submitted a contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Wholesale Inquiries
Our titles are available for bulk purchasing for resale in bookstores and some online platforms. Please reach out to support@jaedbooks.com for inquiries.
